stallworth and michael vick thing, it is different. rick pitino did something absolutely stupid. there is no question about it. there is a separation between public life and private life. the person he has to to answer to is his wife and family. >> by the way, i said, kentucky, louisville. when i think basketball, i think kentucky. i apologize. is there something about rick pitino in this case and the way he is handling this, the fact that he seems to be at least handling it through the system, being up front where as michael vick, for example, lied to his owner, his coach, the commissioner. it's almost like knickssonian. when you try to hide a lie, it becomes worse. >> rick pitino is getting a break because last year, he was 31-5 at louisville. he was one away to win the final four. >> what does al davis say, just win, baby? >> what was that? >> what al davis says, just win baby. i couldn't hear. it was kind of garbled. >> al davis, oakland raiders, his motto, book, life slogan is "just win, baby." you are saying in sports, you win, you can do just about anything you want? >> y

stallworth, he had a vehicular manslaughter charge, suspended for a year. that sort of got swept under the rug. and michael vick, it's tough to compare the two crimes, but i do think that sometimes we do some down much harder on a guy like michael vick. in this country, we love a redemption story more than anything. i think he may be fairly surprisingly well received. >> isn't this something wrong though about backing down harder on a guy who is on animal charges ban a guy who accidentally killed a person? >> i agree completely. i don't think -- i don't think that dogfighting should be illegal. i think it's horrible. i think it's immoral. >> but you don't think it should be illegal? >> that's a whole other issue. >> another show. >> i am a strong believer in -- >> animals and small children. >> individual rights. >> this is a. animals and small children. >> guys, here's the thing, let me tell you a secret if you all talk at the same time, the viewers can't understand. please stop doing it. go ahead, julie. >> well, all i will say is i'm sorry but i do have a dog who is like a child to me.

this is an important issue that needs to be addressed. infects no less than a conservative stallworth from utah says republicans among others will pay the price at the ballot box if there isn't major health care reform. he disagrees with the president what it should look like but saying it's a must. are you saying this is not a critical issue and major health care legislation doesn't need to get passed this fall? >> what aim saying when you ask the american people what the most important issues to them health care reform does not rank high. if you ask americans do they want health care reform they say yes. when you talk about what it means, it's not what i believe president obama wants. i think approximately maybe 10 million to 15 million people who are not going to have health insurance under any circumstances. we should be focused on them. we should also be looking at issues like affordability where you can take your insurance from one company to another, where we would give subsidies to those who can't afford it and allow small businesses to get better rates on their insurance poli
